Corporate Account Manager


Description

The Company

You will be working for a large, global and independent, Lloyd’s Broker who have been successfully established for over 50 years. This well-established, ambitious and dynamic company, have an excellent reputation within the Insurance market and are constantly growing due to their successes. They are now seeking an Account Manager within their Corporate team to service their UK Corporate clients, as well some global.

The Role

  • You will provide the day-to-day servicing of a client’s insurance as well as supporting Account Executives and in the overall servicing of client’s policies, retention and development
  • You will be working on premiums up to £200,000
  • You will effectively manage all renewals and mid-term adjustments in a timely and professional manner to
  • Obtain quotations both for new and renewal business
  • Accurate preparation of client and market documentation
  • Check policy documentation for accuracy prior to issue to the client
  • Provision to the client of policy documentation in accordance with regulations
  • Prompt and accurate resolution of accounts queries
  • You will identify the risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions
  • Provision of management information as required
  • Manage and co-ordinate global insurance programmes and liaise with their network worldwide

About You

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years of Account Management/Handling experience within Broking
  • Experience in servicing UK Corporate clients
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The attitude to develop your learning and knowledge
